DAY ONE - NECK
We will kick the challenge off with neck mobility. This video includes standing movements and deeper ones on the ground.
Duration: 7 minutes
DAY TWO - SHOULDERS
Closed chain (floor) mobility for shoulders, arms and upper back. These movements get deep so please be mindful.
Duration: 10 minutes
DAY THREE - UPPER BACK
Let's get into thoracic spine - the area between the shoulder blades, chest and lower back. This is often super locked and tight, especially if you work on a computer.
Duration: 12 minutes
DAY FOUR - HIPS
Today is all about the hips. You will master simple on the floor movements fo make your hips all buttery.
Duration: 10 minutes
DAY FIVE - PART 1 QUADS
Quad mobility and release techniques for tight quads (front of the thigh).
Duration: 9 minutes
DAY FIVE - PART 2 HAMSTRINGS
Did you know that tight hamstring often lead to back pain? This training is perfect to reduce tension and stiffness in the hamstrings (and calves)
Duration:11 minutes
DAY SIX - WHOLE BODY
Whole body standing mobility. You will get into every part of your body from your neck to toes.
Duration: 9 minutes
DAY SEVEN - WRISTS
Wrist mobility - perfect if you have tight, achy or weak wrists and spend lots of time on the computer.
Duration: 9 minutes
