A Body Flow a series of bodyweight movements, many of them strength exercises, that is performed fluidly. You will get a lot more physical conditioning from flows while still working on mobility, flexibility, agility and movement control.
The Body Flow workshop will make a fantastic progression from The Mobility Workshop.
If you are concerned whether you can perform the strength exercise, don't worry. I use a system of progressions and regressions, meaning I always coach versions of the exercise for beginners, intermediate and advanced. You will be able to choose the version that suits your current fitness, skills and abilities.
