In this 90 minute workshop, I will help you to increase strength, endurance, power, agility, mobility and flexibility. You will learn mobility movements for the whole body, surf specific strength movements, a body flow (where you will combine the strength movements into a fluid flow) and stretches for the whole body.
This workshop is suitable for all levels of skill and ability, from beginners to athletes. I use a system of progressions and regressions, meaning that you will be able to choose a version of the exercises that suits your current level of fitness.
