PRE-CHALLENGE FLOW
If you feel like doing a little preparation work before the Challenge kicks off, here is a gentle flow I filmed this week. It focuses on hips, upper back and chest.
I promise this flow will make you feel so amazing!
TRAINING REPLAYS
DAY 1 REPLAY
Today we learned THE BODY WEIGHT SQUAT.

Today we learned THE QUAD PRESS.

DAY 3 REPLAY
Here's the replay from Day 3 where we learnt THE SIT THRU.

I can't believe we are already in DAY 4! Today, I coached THE SPINAL TWIST.
This is a lovely 'recovery' movement after we did a couple of strength movements.

Final day of the challenge today and it has gone so fast!!
Today, I coached THE MOUNTAIN CLIMBER and THE WARRIORS. These are strength movements, mainly for the core and I hope you sweated a little. They certainly got my heart rate up!
