In This 90 minute Workshop You Are Going To Learn:

Mobility warm up for the whole body

Together, we will mobilise every joint in your body, from your neck to your toes. With the mobility warm up, you will shave off any tension or restriction you might have around your joints. We will start working on restoring the full range of motion in your joints and rehabilitate any old or new injuries. Mobility is a great injury prevention. 

Bodyweight movements to strengthen your muscles and stabilise your core

This is the conditioning part of the workshop. You will learn the correct form and mechanics for a range of movements. like the squat, or a press up. This is where you will increase strength in your muscles and stability in your core.

Body Flow

You will learn how to string the bodyweight movements into one fluid flow. This is where grace, agility and mastery of movement will happen. You will be tapping into endurance and increasing your physical conditioning. We will be entering a flow state, functioning in optimal brain waves, removing stress, anxiety and tension. 

Stretching 

You will learn how to stretch all the muscles in your body, compensating for the movements you just performed. You don't want to end up with tight muscles which get injured easily. You will learn how to release and stretch them into their original position for optimal function.

I've got you!

This 2 hour workshop is live and you will have full access to my coaching expertise. I will correct your form, help you learn the movements correctly and give you any modifications or adjustments you might need. You will be able to ask questions throughout the whole time we have together.

Is this for me?

If you are worried you wouldn't be able to do this because of your unique circumstances (like injuries or your level of fitness), don't! I will cater to each individual's needs and I will modify every movement to suit anyone from beginner to an athlete.

What if I forget the movements?

Don't worry! Once the workshop is delivered, you will have a lifetime access to the recording on my Kajabi platform where I hold all my online programs. The platform has a corresponding app so you can view your workshop anywhere and anytime.

Who am I?

Hi, I'm Jana Barrett

A Fitness and Movement coach.

My mission is to help women and men in midlife to nurture and move their bodies in a way that enables them to live their life to the fullest. 


I want everyone to move without aches, pain and injuries.

My aim is to help people feel strong, full of energy and vitality.

Some things about me:

I am the first (and only!) certified female TACFIT instructor in New Zealand - it's a badge of honour and I wear it with pride!

I'm also certified in personal training, kettlebell instruction, and strength and conditioning - I know my stuff!

I am building a tribe of strong, amazing  women - capable of taking on the world!
