In This Ultimate Warm Up Routine Will:

STOP THE ACHES AND PREVENT INJURIES

Put a stop to all the aches, pains, niggles and prevent injuries from happening. Injuries should not be a given with any sport or activity so don't settle for it.

SIMULATE SURF SPECIFIC MOVEMENTS

Prime the movement patterns in your surfing, namely the pop up by waking up the muscles responsible for this motion.

ACTIVATE MUSCLES

Warm up your muscles so they can work better and fire more. Switch on the primary movers responsible for peak performance.

A Fitness and Movement Coach and also a keen surfer. I get deeply saddened by hearing how often surfers get injured, how they are surfing in pain and discomfort or hurting after their sessions.  Sometimes surfers even have to shorten their sessions, having to change boards or stop altogether! I don’t want you to be one of those surfers!

 

The Ultimate Warm Up Routine is short but very effective in getting your body into surfing mode and working on preventing all the aches, niggles, pains and injuries that surfers tend to take for granted. This does not have to be your fate!

 

My years of experience as a Movement coach specialising in mobility training and my first hand understanding of the demands surfing imposes on the human body, gives me a unique advantage. I know how to prevent the aches, pains and injuries and also how to condition your body for surfing. I have put together a comprehensive  routine to warm up all your joints, activate the main muscles helping you surf and simulate surf specific movements.

 

Without solid warm ups, you will be setting yourself up for aches, pains,  injuries and ultimately surgeries which require recovery time (which equals time out of the water)!

With it, you will surf better, faster, ache less, prevent all the niggles and injuries and enjoy surfing into a very old age.
