Why do you need a strong core and what is even *THE CORE*?

⁣💪 You need a strong core because it protects your spine from injury. For obvious reasons, you never want to damage your spinal column and the nerves inside it. So nature has gifted you muscles to support and protect it.⁣

⁣Your core is everything minus your legs and arms. Few people understand that the golden trio of core muscles are the glutes, the abs and the lats. And a bunch of other smaller but not less important muscles.⁣

🤩 So working on your core should be a big priority but how to do it without engaging in exercise like sit ups and crunches (which often give us back aches)?⁣
