The programme consists of short videos explaining and demonstrating the movements with sufficient coaching cues. Many movements include regressions so if you are a complete beginner or recovering from injury, don't worry!

No prerequisitive
The programme is suitable for anyone, you don't need any previous exercise experince or be a certain age. Everyone will benefit from mobility practice.

Most movements have an easier version for beginners or for people who find the full movement too challenging.
Nobody should be experiencing aches, pains, stiffness and difficulties to move. You shouldn't live with injuries or hurt yourself while exercising. Everyone deserves to age without experiencing functional decline which will stop them from doing the things they love.
My name is Jana and I am movement coach, a mother, partner, a keen surfer and I am at my happiest in nature. My home is the beautiful New Zealand and I want to grow old here, doing what I love.
I have devoted my professional life helping people to move better , get stronger and fitter and to live long active lives.
