What does a steel mace interval training look and feel like?

What is the most effective to build LEAN MUSCLE and melt BODY FAT?⁣

⁣What does the latest science say?⁣

⁣Overwhelmingly, they all rave about the amazing benefits of high intensity interval training - HIIT.⁣

⁣What are they?⁣

🔥 The biggest one is managing your body composition (a fancy word for growing lean muscle while melting body fat)⁣

💥 Other obvious one is building overall fitness, strength and cardio⁣

💥 And let’s not forget that this is a perfect exercise style for busy women because you get it all done in 20 minutes (or less)⁣

⁣I have been a huge fan of HIIT for years. Not only for my own training but also for training my clients. ⁣

⁣But … yes there is a but … what if you scared of the ‘high intensity’? Perhaps you had a bad experience in a class where you were made to exercise really hard out, gasping for air, ending up exhausted, sore for days or even worse, injured 🥵⁣

⁣See, what most coaches don’t understand is that women in midlife need to be able to choose their right intensity. Dealing with perimenopausal symptoms like low energy, poor sleep and sore joints means that a lower intensity suits women better.⁣

⁣👉 So when I coach women to perform HIIT, I give them many options for ‘toning down’ the workout to suit their bodies on any given day. So they can still get a workout in but don’t feel tired, sore and suffering from aches and injuries.⁣

If you are interested to see what a mace interval training session looks like, why don’t you join me for a live training where we will go through a 20 minute HIIT. Even if you don’t own a mace (yet), join me to take a peek or you can do all the movements bodyweight (I’ll show you how).⁣
