Over The 90 Minutes We Will Have Together, You Are Going To Learn:
Mobility movements for the whole body
Together, we will mobilise every joint in your body, in all directions. We will start from your neck and move all the way to your toes, and everywhere in between!
With the mobility movements, you will shave off any tension or restriction you might have around your joints. We will start working on restoring the full range of motion in your joints and rehabilitate any old or new injuries. Mobility movements will also stretch all the muscles around the joints.
Mobility is a great injury prevention, it will pre-rehabilitate your body.
Body Flow
You will learn a few short body flows; a series of movements performed in a fluid flow. This is where grace, agility and mastery of movement will happen. This is the 'in-between' step from mobility towards strength and conditioning. We will be entering a flow state, functioning in optimal brain waves, removing stress, anxiety and tension. I promise you will work up a little bit of sweat and increase your heart rate!
Stretching
You will learn how to stretch all the muscles in your body, compensating for the movements you just performed. You don't want to end up with tight muscles which get injured easily. You will learn how to release and stretch them into their original position for optimal function.

It's amazing how much our bodies need to re-learn and mobility training is the perfect antidote to the aches and pains that we tend to take for granted as a natural and acceptable part of ageing. A Fitness and Movement Coach.
My mission is to help women in midlife to nurture and move their bodies in a way that enables them to live their life to the fullest.
I want everyone to move without aches, pain and injuries.
My aim is to help people feel strong, full of energy and vitality.
Some things about me:
I am the first (and only!) certified female TACFIT instructor in New Zealand - it's a badge of honour and I wear it with pride!
I'm also certified in personal training, kettlebell instruction, and strength and conditioning - I know my stuff!
I am building a tribe of strong, empowered women - capable of taking on the world!

How will the MOBILITY MOVEMENT WORKSHOP work?
This 90-minute workshop is live so you will have an opportunity to ask questions. I will be able to see your form and correct it if needed. In case you can't make it to the the workshop live, you can send me questions later.
PART 1 - 30 minutes
Mobility movements for the whole body
You will learn mobility movements for every area of your body, from head to toes. I will demonstrate many variations to suit your level of skill and ability and I will modify movements to suit injuries and limitations.
PART 2 - 30 minutes
Body Flows
I will teach you how to combine mobility movements into a fluid body flow. We will learn 3 simple body flows for different areas of the body.
PART 3 - 20 minutes
Compensation / gentle stretching
We will finish the workshop with gentle stretching so you will leave the workshop feeling more mobile, stronger and supple.
Q & A - 10 minutes
RECORDING OF THE WORKSHOP
I will upload the uncut version of the workshop within 24 hours and the clean cut version within 7 days. You will have life time access to the workshop on my Kajabi online portal and the Kajabi app.
