Restorative mobility movements

 

After illness or a bad injury, you don't want to rush back too quickly into your normal exercise and movement routine.

Mobility movements are the perfect way to check in with your body, see where you are tight or stiff and ease yourself into moving gently.

Below is a video with an easy mobility routine (this was the first movement routine after being down with Covid for 2 weeks).

Perform between 5-10 repetitions on each side and remember to only go to your comfort range.
