  • Easy to follow videos
  • Email access to me for any questions or help you might need
  • 8 warm up movements (mainly focusing on the hips and legs to get you moving after the long flight here)
  • 5 bodyweight movements, each including versions for any level of skill or ability
  • 1 flow (where you string all 5 movements together into one fluid flow)
  • 5 stretches

Enough to keep you busy and exercising for the 2 weeks you will spend in isolation.
