1. Equipment and filming

Hey, I'm Jana ... surfer, movement coach, solo parent to 3 teens, and a recovering time-for-money personal trainer.
I was you.
For years I coached face to face. Six clients a day was my sweet spot. On ten-client days I couldn't even hold a conversation by dinner time.
So I made the move, slowly and with plenty of mistakes. Today I coach women all over the world, and I've grown to almost 100K followers in my late 40s without chasing trends or pretending to be someone I'm not.

Questions
I don't have a big following. Can I still do this?
Yes. You already have something most online coaches don't: real clients, real results and years of experience. We start with the people who already know and trust you, and build from there.
I'm terrified of the tech.
You're in the right place. Module 2 walks you through every step, from setting up your camera to building your course. If I can do it, you can too.
Do I have to give up my face-to-face clients?
Not at all. Most coaches keep their in-person work. This is about adding a second income stream, so face to face is no longer the only way you earn.
How much time do I need?
Around 3 to 5 hours a week for lessons and implementation, plus the live calls. Everything is recorded, so you can catch up around your clients.
Why six months?
Because real change takes time. Building your offer, setting up your tech and launching for the first time doesn't happen in a few weeks, especially alongside a full client load. Six months gives you the space to do it properly.
I'm not a personal trainer. Is this for me?
If you help people feel better in their body, yes. Physios, yoga and Pilates teachers, somatic coaches, herbalists, kinesiologists, swim, surf and kettlebell coaches, and studio and clinic owners are all welcome.
