2 WEEK BODYWEIGHT MINI PROGRAMME DESIGNED TO:
  • Unlock and release your tight hips and make them move the way they used to
  • Compensate for long periods of sitting at a desk or in front of a computer 
  • Increase your energy, vitality and make you ready for the day!
  • To complement your current exercise programme or sport

 

This programme includes:

✅  8 warm up mobility movements

✅  5 bodyweight movements (with versions for beginners, intermediate and advanced skills)

✅  1 flow (where you string the movements together)

✅  5 stretches

 
What do you need to do:
 
Watch the easy to follow videos with coaching instruction

 

Practice the movements for 10-20 minutes daily

 

Ideally, practice mobility movement in the mornings, when you first wake up. The movements will also lift your mood and create more energy, vitality and feeling of youthfulness
 
YOU WILL SEE RESULTS WITHIN A WEEK (IF YOU PRACTICE DAILY)!
